The most talked about break-up in Bollywood before Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina's was of 'Dabangg' star Salman Khan and evergreen beauty Aishwarya Rai's. Reports were spread that Salman's alleged manhandling of Aish was the reason for their break-up. Neither Salman nor Aish has opened up on their soured relationship on any platform until recently.
When Salman was questioned about whether his physical abuse was the reason for Aishwarya ending relation with him, he confessed to have been a short tempered person but admitted that he never hit Aishwarya Rai.
"I have never beaten her (Aishwarya Rai). Anyone can beat me up and that is why people are not scared of me. I do get emotional and then I hurt myself. I have banged my head against the wall whenever I get angry. I cannot hurt anyone else but me," revealed Salman in a recent interview.
Salman however admitted to have hit legendary filmmaker Subhash Ghai, who is revered as the 'Showman of Bollywood'. He added that after Ghai insulted him and almost broke a plate on his face, he hit him in a moment of rage. "I apologized to him the immediate next day," added the 'Sultan' star.
Salman's dark revelations about his past have become talk of the town.
